Online TEAM Profile Form for ISC II T of C Managers

The Ballparkradio crew is asking each ISC II team manager or
representative to complete an online TEAM PROFILE form, providing some
basic information about your team for their use during the broadcasts.
As with the player profile team, the form is online, so you don't need
to send anything in — just fill in the blanks and click "Submit".
Better still, it's much shorter than the player form, so it takes just
minutes to complete.
