8 P.M. Houston Aces vs Austin Jokers

 

In the last game of Saturday's play the Houston Aces faced the Austin Jokers. The Aces got on the board first with a lead off homerun by Mario Perez. They added one more in the 1st inning to take an early 2-0 lead. In the 3rd the Jokers cut the lead in half with a solo homerun to right field making it 2-1. The score stayed the same until the 5th when the Aces added 1 making it 3-1. In the next inning the Aces opened up scoring 7 making the final score 10-1. Jason Smith took the mound throwing a 3 hitter  with 11 strike outs. The Aces are undefeated through Saturday and will next play the Houston 9 ( H.I.S ) in the semi-final on Sunday morning at 9:30 A.M. Stay tuned for results.
