OASA Bantam Eliminations

The Keady Bantam Jets Fastball Club are set to host the Ontario Amateur Softball Association’s bantam elimination tournament this weekend at DuncanMcLellandPark in Owen Sound.
15 teams from across the province will be participating in the 3 day event that will see the top two teams advance to the Eastern Canadian Championships in August.
Play begins Friday afternoon at 5 PM with 3 games.
Game 1 Zurich vs Fullarton
Game 2 Chepstow vs Wiarton
Game 3 Napanee vs Elmira
The Host team Keady Jets plays their first game at 7 PM vs Highgate Rock.
The final game is set for Sunday at 1 PM.
Opening ceremonies are set for Saturday at 10:45 where 2008 Owen Sound Hall of Fame inductee Bill Simpson will throw out the first pitch.
Admission for the weekend is $5 each day or $10 for a weekend pass.
The weather looks great for the weekend. Be sure to bring lots of sunscreen. We hope to see you there.
