OASA Provincials - Midget and Peewee

Midget Provincial Tournament 

Midget A and B Provincial Tournaments

Aug. 14, 2008 - Aug. 16-17 - This coming weekend, the Midget
Division's "A", "B" are holding two, double elimination, provincial
tournaments in Simcoe and Ponsonby. Attending these tournaments will be
18 teams from across Ontario.

Midget division "A" will be hosted by Ponsonby and include 8 teams
competing to be called champion of "A" division. The tournament begins
at 11:00am and continues through the afternoon.

Midget division "B" will be hosted by Simcoe and include 10 teams,
from across Ontario, competing to be called champion of the "B"
division. The first pitch is thrown at 11:00am and continues through
the afternoon.

Division "A" Teams Include: Kingston, Cobourg, Newmarket, Sydenham,
Napanee, Ponsonby, Paris and Chepstow.

Division "B" Teams Include: K/W Twins, Wiarton, Oshawa, K/W Kolts,
Sebringville, Brantford, Fullarton, Simcoe, Owen Sound and New Dundee.

Division semi-finals and championship game will be held on Sunday.

Peewee Provincial Tournament for Divisions A, B, and C.

Aug. 16-17 - This coming weekend, the Peewee Division's "A", "B" and
"C" are holding two, double elimination, provincial tournaments in
Springbrook and Sydenham. Attending these tournaments will be 18 teams
from across Ontario.

Peewee division "A" will be hosted by Springbrook and include 7 teams
competing to be called champion of "A" division. The tournament begins
at 11:00am and continues through the afternoon.

Peewee division "B" and "C will be hosted by Sydenham and include 11
teams, from across Ontario, competing to be called champion of the "B"
and "C" divisions. The first pitch is thrown at 11:00am and continues
through the afternoon.

Division "A" Teams Include: Napanee, Springbrook, Toledo, Mildmay,
Milverton, Stratford and Elmira.

Division "B/C" Teams Include: Frontenac, Richmond Hill, Scarborough,
Micksburg, Kitchener/Waterloo, Pickering, Stouffville, Kingston,
Cobourg, Cambellford and Peterborough.

Division semi-finals and championship game will be held on Sunday.
