Sebastian Gervasutti threw another great game were Decos EHS took the lead in the first again. The Czech came back to 3-1 and 4-2 but in the end Gervasutti shut down the Czech side.

 

Personal awards:

 

Best pitcher - Jonas Mach (Decos EHS)

Best batter - Petr Vacha (Havlickuv Brod)

MVP - Petr Vacha (Havlickuv Brod)

 

A well organized tournament and really the only mistake they made was not to give the MVP award to Sebastian Gervasutti.

 

The European Softball Federation should finally understand that the MVP really belongs to the winning team and not the nr 2.

 

This happened last year when Roman Matuska won MVP and it happened again this year.
