ASA "C" National to be Split in Two Starting in 2009

We also pass on a bit of ASA news on changes for 2009 affecting the
ASA "C" Division. Starting next year, the "C" National will be split
in two, an "East" and a "West". In 2009, the "West" will be held in
Hastings, Nebraskas, while the "East" will be at Decatur, IL.

We were getting a good bit of email about the decision, and decided to
post a poll for readers to weigh in on the new format.
