June 23, 2009 - With upsets and unexpected victories in several tournaments the past three weeks, the ISC II rankings have a new team on top as Waterdown Hammer edged out Ashland Stock Pack for the top spot.
With their win in the Ottawa qualifier, Ottawa Team Easton jumped up to #3 while Port Elgin Blue Devils climbed from #11 to #4 on the strength of their second place finish at the Innerkip qualifier.
Making the biggest jump, from #27 to #5, is the winner in Innerkip: K-W Cubs.
