Minnesota Angels in Eau Claire

 

We participated in the 43^rd Annual Eau ClaireClassic.  We’d like to thank Stu Taylor, the local Eau Claire volunteersand especially the grounds crew team -Monty and Pete.  Of all the tourney’swe play at Eau Claire’s fields are at the top…  groomed toperfection.  It is seldom asked to the teams by the grounds crew… “howdo you want the infield… damp? dry? Or dusty?”  this all aftera 10 minute heavy shower.  This tournament is and always has been about creatingan electric atmosphere to the players as well as the fans of fastpitchsoftball.  The main diamond in Eau Claire doesn’t get enough usefrom us.

Congrats to Kevin Kammueller, Rick Saunders, Chris Diethertand Sam Bishop as they were on the All Tourney Team.  Kevin Kammueller wasthe MVP selection.  The Angels will next be in action at The Boys ofSummer.  Everyone have a safe and fun 4^th of July.
