Balance of entry fee is due prior to first game. Contact person must sign in ½ hour before your first game. Sign in at the beer gardens! C.A.S.A. Rules will apply. Disputes will be settled by Tournament Committee. Steel spikes WILL BE allowed for both divisions. Based on 16 teams, Guaranteed 3 games. After first 16 games: Winners of first two games will be placed in A Division, which will then be decided by double knockout. Winners of one game with one game loss will be placed in B Division and will then face single elimination. Losers of both of their first games will be placed in the C Division and will face single elimination.

Prize money conditional on maximum number of teams in classification. In the event of a bye, high card wins the bye. GATE ADMISSION FREE. As always, the beer gardens will be under the maple tree at the back of Diamond A. BBQ and music in the beer gardens! Breakfast available until 11:00 a.m. Showers in the arena will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.. Test your bat Saturday night during our annual HOME RUN HITTING CONTEST (late Saturday - $10.00 per player). Rough Camping available. Book early - limited spots - $10 per tent, $20 per camper, etc. (Alcohol is not allowed at campsites) Contact Donna for details. Tournament organizers will not be liable for loss or injury. Games will be scheduled for the two Desboro diamonds only with rain delay backups in Chatsworth or Williamsford only if necessary.
Rough campsites - air mattresses recommended - will be available behind the arena (no hydro hookup). Showers will be open from 7-11 am. Breakfast will be available from 8-11 a.m. Saturday’s home run derby is always good entertainment - test your bat!
