You can purchase your tickets at the door for $15 a person
1. Cocktails at 6:30 PM [ remeniss, check out the postings in writings and photos-memories of 2009]
write your name in back of your ticket and turn it in for chance to win the door prize being drawn at approx. 8:15 PM
the inside of your hand will be stamped as proof you've paid
2. 50/50 being sold during the evening [one ticket for $3 and 3 for $5 ] the draw to be made during the dance at approx 10:30 PM or 11 PM
3. Buffet meal at approx. 7 PM - first table with best song goes out first to serve themselves -Jen Peters will decide best song
4. Special tribute to Brad "the shammer" Rienguette at approx. 8:00 PM
5. Special presentation from the Greater City of Sudbury to Paul "the lizzer" Lizotte at approx. 8:05 PM
6. Awards presentation : at approx. 8:15 PM
A] Regular season : most hits ,most singles , most doubles ,most triples ,most home runs ,most runs batted in , best slugging % . mest ERA , top pitcher , top hitter , Commissioner's Cup (for first place finishers)
Voting awards by their peers , blue crew ,scorers,public relations liaison/advisor: top rookie , most sportsmanlike player , outstanding eldersman , most valuable player
