BAC Pride Wood Bat Tournament (May 22nd) New Sponsor Secured

The BAC Pride has recently been able to secure a generous sponsor who is going to help provide funding for our teams, in Rockford, this summer. Due to this relationship, we are going to change our original tournament concept the weekend of May 22nd and May 23rd to a four team round robin. We plan on playing all the games on Saturday May 22nd, the cost will be 100 dollars and the wood bats will be provided for use during the tournament.
If any of you are interested in getting in 3 games at a pretty inexpensive price, please let me know. The games will be played at Thunder Park in Roscoe, IL. just off of Route 251. Thunder Park (formally Player's Park) has been completely refurbished, for those that have played there before. It now has a grandstand (seats up to 1500 people), pressbox, concrete dugouts and new lights. For this event, we will be using the pressbox, announcing names and plan on getting media coverage prior to and during the event. This could be a real showcase for our game and wood bat fastpitch.
This should be a fun time. The first game will be at 10 am and the last game will begin at 6:45 pm.
