50th Seattle Invite

The 50th Annual Seattle Invitational will be on July 9 - 11 , 2010 (Second weekend in July)
This year's tournament will be played at Hidden Valley Park in Bellevue.
I appologize for the time it has taken me to nail this down (many of you have already called/e-mailed several times), but it has been very difficult to get a suitable venue/park to host a tournament like the Seattle Invitational. I had initially reserved Kasch Park last year for the first weekend in August again this year, but clearly was not going to compete with the ASA's National Tournaments ("A", "B", and "C" (Western)) to be held in Salem this year on the first weekend of August. I do hope all of you are able to play in a National Tournament this year.
Neither Kasch Park, Celebration Park, or Russell Road were available in either June, July, or August.
With NAFA National Tournaments and the ISC National Tournament also in August, I decided that July would be the best time for the 50th Seattle Invite. I do hope that the July 9 - 11 weekend will work for you. I've always liked to have the Invite before you all go to your respective National Tournaments.
Hidden Valley should be familiar to many of you. From 1983 thru 2001 the Seattle Invitational was played at Hidden Valley. It's a beautiful 3 field complex in the heart of Bellevue. There are many Hotels, restaurants, watering holes, and things to do in the area. I'll work on those later.
Although it is only a 3 field complex, if a few teams are willing to play on Friday night, it should be no problem having a 4GG for the tournament.
