Weekend's ISC Qualifiers

Here is what we know so far, unoficially:

Albany, NY - Won by ADCO and they will take berth
Bay City - Won by Marshall Lightning and they will take berth.
Regina - Rained out trying to reschedule for next weekend.
Pueblo - Won by Pueblo Bandits and they will take berth.
Quad City - Winterset won berth as the last place team at 0-4. All ahead of
them either have a berth already or can't go ISC or used illegal players.
Winterset unsure if they will take berth.
