The Ottawa Blitz Men's Fastball Tournament have 12 confirmed teams as we speak. I have 3 teams that are interested and to know by the end of this weekend what their availabillity will be.
We will be hosting the event at Carlington Park on July 21-23, 2006. We will be accepting the first 16 paid teams into the tournament and there is no restriction on calibre of pitching. This is an OPEN tournament to any player or teams looking to enter. The Park is within 5 mins. from 3 Hotels and 15-20 mins. from downtown. There will be cold beverages as well as bbq'd food on site the whole weekend. The entry is 325$ a team with the prize money getting bigger as more teams enter.
