International teams

It's a sad thing to announce that both International teams scheduled to attend the 2010 ISC World tournament have withdrawn.   Both were from Europe and had given full commitments to attend, including the financial deposit required for International teams.   Never before have International teams withdrawn so late into the summer, or after they'd sent their financial deposit which holds their spots.  But I guess this has been an unprecedented year for fastball all together, so nothing should suprise us.   Both teams cited financial reasons for the withdrawal, unable to raise the funds and unable to get help from their respective governments.   Both International berths will be now used as Invites for unqualified teams.
