Al: I just wanted to pass on some very sad news. Ray Tilleys son David passed away earlier last week. Below is the announcement. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Ray and the family.

TILLEY, David Raymond - September 10, 1985 - September 22, 2010 - On September 22, 2010, David Tilley passed away unexpectedly in Edmonton, Alberta where he was employed by MacGregor Construction Ltd. as an apprentice power linesman. David is the beloved son of Esther (nee Woudsma) Tilley of Sarnia and Ray (Wendy Smith) Tilley of Woodstock, and the cherished brother of his older sister Reagan, and younger brother, Evan (Kristin Winder), both of Sarnia. David is mourned by his grandparents, Clarence and Agnes Woudsma of Woodstock and predeceased by his grandparents Frank and Laura Tilley, also of Woodstock. David is survived by his loving girlfriend Laura Campbell of Sarnia, as well as his uncles, aunts and cousins: Judy and Ed (Nina, Jacob, Julia) Muzzin of Woodstock, Wilma and Peter (Harrison, Elliot) Cohrs of Kingston, Diane and Ron Pautler of Woodstock, Clarence and Carole Ann (nee Okell) (Lucas, Avary, Celia) Woudsma of Woodstock, and Pat and Wayne (Steven, Scott, Brad) Cassells of Woodstock. Family and friends of David will miss his beautiful smile, his humour, his generosity of spirit and his unbounded zest for life. Family and friends will be received at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 1576 London Line, Sarnia on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service for David will be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Temple Baptist Church, 1410 Quinn Dr., Sarnia at 10:30 a.m. Cremation will follow. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Sarnia-Lambton Victim Services or Inn of the Good Shepherd.
