Bracebridge League News

November 4, 2010

Bracebridge, ON

After 2010 season wrap up meetings, Bracebridge Mens Fastball League committee has honoured the request from two teams, to play in the 2011 season.
The two teams, one from Huntsville, and one from Gravenhurst, will push the League to 10 teams. The fact that this League has prospered for some 35 years, with games all played in Bracebridge, is a testament to the dedication of players and fans. Quite something when almost all players are local.

The committe hopes that the game will be even promoted further with the addition of these teams, and the first full season at Peake Fields, a new 3.75 million dollar softball complex in Bracebridge that will be hosting the 2011 OASA Masters Championships.
