Gord Ferguson

January 17, 2011

Toronto, ON

Thought some older fastball players in the Toronto area would want to know that January 12th Gord Ferguson passed away peacefully at the age of 82.  Gord was a longtime President of the once very competitive Dieppe Men’s Fastball League in East York and also served as an area Convener for the OASA.  While under Gord’s leadership the Dieppe Park league rose to the status of being recognized as arguably the best fastball league in Ontario.

Thanks for the years you put into the game Gord.
