Ken Vierling update

Below is a note I received today from Les Novak. Ken's current status is not all that great.
If you don't have an opportunity to go see Ken over in Richfield, if you can take the time and send him an occasional email, that would be great!! I know he reads each and every one. Ken may not reply to each one, due to being computer-less in his hospital stays and/or his inability to type easily/quickly. But he does read and appreciate them.

Everyone, Ken Vierling has been having some infection problems lately. He has been in and out of hospital 4-5 times in the past six months for treatment of open sores on his back side. Twice doctors operated and cleaned up these wounds. Ken now is having problems with infection in both feet and will enter Fairview Southdale hospital tomorrow, (Wednesday), for an operation on both feet to be done on Friday. Ken tells me doctors will remove his little toe on his right foot and the big toe on his left foot. They will also remove a portion of his right heel. These operations are to prevent further infection. Ken could use an uplift in spirit so if you will find the time to send him a note of encouragement please do so. He is at:
