The Elmira Advance Millwright Juniors defeated the Scarborough Wolverines
4-2 in the gold medal game at the Ontario Amateur Softball Association
Junior Eliminations Tournament held in Merlin Ontario. The Wolverines, the
silver medallist advanced to the finals by defeating the Oshawa Double B's
who finished third in the seventeen team tournament 4-3. Elmira,
Scarborough and Oshawa now advance to the Softball Canada Junior Men's
Canadian Fastball Championships to tbe held in St. Leonard-d'Aston Quebec
