MIDLAND DAILY NEWS After a few months of discussions, the Midland Explorers Booster Club and the International Softball Congress announced Wednesday that the ISC World Tournament will return to Emerson Park in Midland in August 2012. The ISC World Tournament was also held in Midland in 2010.
