2011 Fargo Holm Classic Round Up
Despite early weather predictions of a wet and windy weekend in Fargo it turned out to be the best weekend this year for playing ball. The Fargo Fastpitch Association would like to thank all the teams that participated and provided a great show for all. A big congratulation goes out to Albaugh on their 6-0 run to claim the championship in a 9-2 victory over the defending champion Minnesota Angels. Albaugh was led by great hitting through out the line up, superior use of their speed on the bases and great pitching performances from Andy Blackshaw as well as Blair Ezekiel who stepped in with the unexpected absence of Regan Manley.
We look forward to next years tournament and wish good luck to all the teams through out the rest of the season.
