Hi Al, the Elkland Softball Association is still taking applications for the 59th annual Durk Sherman Classic held in Elkland, PA from September 2nd to September 5th, 2011. The Durk Sherman Classic is an open tournament, and new this year it will be a three game guarantee. The entry fee is $250, with a total payout of $5,200 to the top six teams. Trophys will be awarded to the first and second place teams as well as a Most Valuable Pitcher and a Most Valuable Player award.
