AAU International Fastpitch Florida
A couple of things.. As you all should know by now, we are going with 48 teams in 2012.
Because of that, few things are changing. Firstable, every team please be aware that
team registration will be Wednesday January 25th from 11AM to 4PM follow by coaches
meeting at 5pm. All this at the Champions World Resort Hotel, our Host Hotel.
Every team please, be aware that we will start playing ball Thursday January 26th at 9AM.
We are letting you know five months ahead of time to make sure you do all your plans and
preparations early and to make sure every single team ( no exception ) is ready to play
ball Thursday at 9AM.
Teams coming to the 2012 tournament, please make sure you pay tournament's entry fee
as soon as possible. We do not want to wait til deadline to collect or to find out one of you
have changed your mind and will not be coming. This has always been a first come first serve
tournament so please pay your fee and secure your spot.
In response to the request of few teams, we will have a small little tournament few days before
Thursday January 26th. For teams coming to Orlando,Florida few days before the event wanting
to be part of this " Warm Up " tournament, please send me an e-mail or call me for the number
of teams will be very limited.
