Hi Guys-

Going to make the 2nd Annual BreederRupp a 2-day Tourney due to amount of teams wanting to play. Dates are December 10th and 11th at El Dorado Park In Long Beach. Have a field of 7 solid teams and have included the schedule for Saturday. Sunday will be single elimination.

This Maccabi Tournament was put together back in 2009 as a way to raise awareness about Maccabi USA within the Southern California Fast Pitch community. After the car crash involving Dave "Breeder" Blackburn and Ronnie Rupp in 2010 the event took on a whole new meaning and was renamed "The BreederRupp". All proceeds from this Tournament will go to the Charlotte Blackburn Fund in memory of Dave's mom who passed away while Dave was in a coma. The fund was created by Dave's teammates and will help bring a player and / or family member to the Maccabi games in 2013. The 2011 event will not only feature the return of Ronnie Rupp (Maccabi) to the mound, it will be the first time Dave has seen many of his Fast Pitch brothers and sisters as he missed last years inaugural event.
