Erie tournament hotel reminder

If you haven't already done so, please consider booking your rooms for Erie ASAP. The Avalon is offering the $89 rate. Please contact Erica Roberts at 814 459 2220 (ext 452).
Last year, the entire block of rooms were sold out and fans had to seek rooms at other hotels, which did not offer the tournament rate. The Avalon sits right in the heart of downtown Erie, close to the popular bars and nightlife.
The teams for Erie remain: NY Gremlins, Broken Bow Jarvis Travelers, Midland Explorers, Hill United Chiefs, KW Cubs, Swashbucklers, Scarborough Force and PA Power. BallParkRadio and Al Doran are scheduled to be in Erie so it should be a fantastic tournament. Tournament sponsor, Ed McCormick, is a 2012 inductee into the Erie chapter of the sports Hall of Fame. His long standing support for the game of fastpitch is long overdue in the local hall of fame, congratulations to him.
