Game 1:
Team Rainey, CA - 3
FSR Hi-Desert Dawgs, UT - 2
WP-Sebastian Gervesutti, in relief of Bricklen Anderson
LP-Dave Ratliff
A come-from-behind win for Team Rainey, with Stan Grebeck's RBI single
tying the game and Jesse Duncan coming home to score the winning run
on a sacrific fly.
Game 2:
Panteras, CA - 4
Taylor Farms, CA - 3
WP-Ron Rupp
LP-Ron Mizener
Also a come-from-behind win in this one, in dramatic fashion, as the
Panteras' Johnny "Pee Wee" Rodriguez hit a 2 run walk-off homer to win
this one. The Panteras Tony Beeson led off the 7th, reaching on an
infield error, and scored on the walk-off homer. Chris Bunch homered
for Taylor Farms, and Shawn Mandolesi had an RBI hit for Taylor.
