Softball Australia announces Team Statistician for Aussie Steelers

Softball Australia is pleased to announce that Helen Edwards (Vic) has been appointed the Team Statistician for the Aussie Steelers, the Australian Open Men’s team, for the ISF World Championships in Auckland from 1-10 March 2013.

 

Helen has been the teams’ statistician since the 2006 Commonwealth Championship. This is her second World Championship for the Steelers after being with the team when they won their historic World Championship title in 2009.

 

Edwards says of her appointment “The Aussie Steelers have provided me with a great sense of achievement, which I look forward to continuing”.  

 

This completes the staff appointments for the Aussie Steelers.  Edwards joins the following team officials.

The World Champion Aussie Steelers qualified for the World Championships in December 2011.  The team will be selected in December 2012 after the completion of the 2012 John Reid Shield.
