On a quiet news day, looking at our statistics for visitors to AlsFastball
Since we turned on the analytics, we had:
Over two million hits in August 2012 and since a few people asked, that breaks down like this:
-23K unique visitors in August.
-10K visitors who visited more than once
--65K hits on average per day
-762K page views in August

We had over 1.5 million hits in September 2012
We had a respectable 1 million hits in October 2012
In a few days we will have the stats for November 2012 and we expect to have a big hit count for the months thanks in great measure to #Parana2012. There was world wide interest in this ISF Junior Men's World Championship and thanks to many friends in the sport, including (and please #FF )Â @FastPitchWest, @SoftballCanada, @SoftbolARG, @ASAUSAsoftball, @ISFsoftball, @SoftballNewsLA, @NZsoftball, @SoftballOZ, @Mundial_Parana, Â and many players, coaches and fans both in Argentina for this great tournament and many at home following their national teams. Thanks to Argentina especially but all concerned for making this a very significant event on the #Fastpitch #Softball map!

We are looking forward to having our own Brampton, Ontario @2013_JWWC hosting the Jr Women's Worlds with @SoftballCanada July 2013.
On a special note, we had a very rewarding email yesterday thanking us for our FREE AGENTS page, one of the teams looking for players made a significant signing this week thanks to their free post on our site. We are looking forward to sharing this news soon, and hopefully more "feel good" stories from the ball yard.
At this time of the year, when there is not much activity in our #Fastpitch #Softball World, its nice to see postings from teams and tournament organizers in regards to tournaments coming up in 2013.Â
We are working with both the AAU and ISGU in regards to their respective tournaments in January 2013 in the Orlando, FL area. We have been invited to both of these tournaments and with any luck we will be there for both of these exciting International events. Any hard core fastball fan looking for some good ball in the sun in January should start looking now for flights and accomodations.
