Snapper Shootout

Fastball Community,

With some mixed emotions the Niagara Snappers would like
to announce that after 9 years of operating a fastball tournament as the teams
major fundraiser, we have decided to discontinue operating the Snapper Shootout
and will be exploring other fundraising efforts in 2013. 

Despite the
elimination of the Shootout, the Snappers will be back in 2013 and have set
their sights on qualifying for their 1st ever appearance at a Senior Men's
Canadians.  More team related announcements to follow.

The Niagara
Snappers want to extend our sincere gratitude to the tournament volunteers over
the years.  We appreciate and thank the great fans and teams from across North
America that  made the trek to the Niagara Region to participate in our
tournament.  We are extremely proud to have played host to such a great
collection of teams and talent.  As we sign off on the Shootout we would like to
mention every team that kicked up dirt at the three locations over the 9
years.  Without their continuous support the Shootout would have never become a
reality.
