$10.00 USD per day.

Watching game 1 and so far a nice clear picture BUT NO SOUND YET! And only one camera angle, 3rd base side. So get used to hot keying between the video stream and live score board.

Game is on D2 Samoa vs GB and not many in the park.

It can only get better?

3rd inning had some lousy background music.so far for this game on D1.

4:24pm finally voice but its for the other diamond, Columbia vs Phillipines, which is fine for me, and now the picture switched over to that game from the GB game.

Good video stream and there seems to be only one camera angle so far but its not static, its from 1b side and occasionally shows batter box.

Huge stadium but virtually empty!

It will soon fill up for the later games.

Very clear play by play but virtually no colour commentary so far.

B2 and a few people arriving to sit in the vastly empty stands along 3B side.

So far good camera coverage from stands just behind 1B, good shot of Phillipine Blue Boy sliding into 2b.

5pm Just received official announcement about the video streaming.

#GrowingPains - by the end of Game 2 between Philippines and Columbia the play by play guy seemed to have the correct score, 4-2 for Columbia but iscore had it 4-1 for Columbia and the streaming video score board on the screen had it 4-2 for Philippines. But a good game to watch. Could have used a lot more colour commentary. Maybe that will come. But the play by play guy was very clear as was the PA announcer who gave regular scores from the other diamond.

Yes, definately worth the $10.00 for the day to watch the video stream.

7:30pm watching a bit of the Japan vs Netherlands game. A few more people in the stands but not many considering the importance of this tournament.

For this game so far, does not seem to have a play by play man, but picking up good crowd noise from the few people there and some of the PA announcers comments which are very difficult to understand. Now there is a second voice, so maybe they are using the PA system for both the play by play guy and the stadium PA announcer; has the echo effect. PA guy is loud and clear while the play by play guy is not so much.

Japan over Netherlands 7-0 final - sound quality definately not as good as the first game on D1, let's hope that improves.

Czech Republic beat Indonesia on D2 10-3 in 5 innings.

9:20pm and game from D2 on video stream right now, no announcers, just bad music.

Waiting for Canada vs Argentina at 9:30pm on D1 - if all goes well the stream picture will switch to the Canadian game when they are ready to announce the players.

9:26pm EST and right on time the feed switched to D1 for the Canada vs Argentina game.

Very surprised that still very few people in the 3B side seats!

Announcer was very clear but now speaking in the stadium with a big echo.

9:30pm Blue Crew (who are they?) meet managers at the dish. Now introductions of the players, Argentina first - hello Bruno!

Could hear the introductions of Argentina loud and clear and it went almost silent when Team Canada introduced, but the boys are looking good!

Seems as if there is no play by play person with only the PA announcer having a voice for this game and he has been barely audible since the introduction of the team from Argentina. Some crowd noise but it would be so nice to hear a play by play again.

9:47pm no score for Canada in T1 and almost no sound. #GrowingPains

9:50pm and a change in voice and some volume. Sounds like both the play by play guy and the PA announcer are both using the PA system - lots of echo. But its better than silence.

10:09pm and the echo is gone and two guys doing a great job on the play by play and PA.

Kyle Smith covering the Can vs Arg game on Twitter in the game

The volume definately needs some fine tuning! 10:25 EST and when we can hear him play by play guy and the PA guy, both loud and clear but then the sound fads, but odd the crowd does not fade. #GrowingPains

10:55pm and crowd in stands behind home plate must be o.k. as the Canadians are making a lot of noise.

Volume for play by play is ok now with the PA guy doing a bit of colour commentary.

12:15am Friday morning and end of an amazing game with Canada coming back to tie Argentina and going to the 9th inning to seal a 2-1 win. Many thanks to Kyle Smith who watched the game on video stream and tweeted great updates that helped fans understand the flow of the game. All his tweets are also on our Twitter feed on our front page www.alsfastball.com

Once the game got going the play by play was ok, the guy had a good voice and was very clear. Problems with echo as looks like the Play by Play guy was also talking into the PA system. Be nice to have a play by play guy and a colour commentator without the echo. But all in all, good coverage.

12:25am looks like the Opening Ceremonies are starting. I may watch this but don't count on me watching the 1:30am games! Wow, that is loud and clear!

The guy who was MC for the opening cermonies was the PA announcer from the Canada vs Argentina game and with a full mic his voice was great. I think the game quality voices are related to the equipment they are using.

1:20am Friday and they are preping the field on D1 for NZ vs Mexico game.

Good night all!

Al
