The 12-U, 14-U and 16-U teams played two poolgames on Friday
to determine seeding into the 3-game guarantee tourney onSaturday
and Sunday, giving all the teams a minimum of 5 games. Teamsfrom
Minnesota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Michigan
and Utahcompeted in these three age groups.

The 18-U and 23-U teams played a 3-gameguarantee tourney
on Saturday and Sunday. Teams from Minnesota, South

Dakota, Wisconsin, IllinoisNebraska, Missouriand Californiacompeted
for the national championship. Final brackets for

Prior to the tournament beginning, aninvitational mini-camp
was conducted on Thursday afternoon. The camp wasput on by the
USA Softball Junior Men’s coaching staff for 24 maleplayers born
between 1989-1992, who are eligible for the 2008 ISF 19-UnderWorld
Championship tournament. Additionally, an open camp was conducted
onThursday night by the USAstaff at which 30 more male players
who are age–eligible for the 2008 ISFtourney also participated.
