Plans are set for the 2013 ISC Under-21 Men's Championship.  The dates
for this year's event are Aug 15-17 in Quad Cities during the final
weekend of the ISC World Tournament.

The format for the 2013 event will be similar to 2012. We will utilize
a 3 game round robin format with all teams advancing to a seeded
single elimination championship playoff.

Format:  3 game round robin, single elimination playoffs (4 game guarantee)
# of teams:  8
Entry Fee:  $400
Age Limit:  all players must have been born on January 1st, 1992, or later

nomination and preliminary roster to the tournament organizers (listed
below).
