The 32nd Annual Father's Day Tournament in Houston, Tx on June 15th & 16th is shaping up to be an exciting event this year with 11 teams so far committed to attend and several others still confirming their team.   

 

The tournament has many attractive features including:

·        4-game guarantee

·        All teams play Sunday

·        3 Championship games on Sunday creates an exciting Fathers Day/Sunday atmosphere instead of having a couple teams still at the fields at the end of the tournament

·        All-tournament team and MVP trophies across all three levels

 

Facility/Field attractions:

·        Air conditioning available at the fields

·        Well kept and managed fields and facilities

·        Indoor bathrooms

·        Tons of shade

·        Full operating kitchen/concessions

 

An additional note on the format for the 40 & Over teams…. Because there are three brackets all teams compete for a championship against equal competition. Our format pools teams based on the results of their first two games;  40 & Over teams experienced good success last year during the tournament with one team falling just one run short in extra innings of playing in a championship game on Sunday.  

 

40 & Older teams are also able to blend younger players into their teams if they desire.  An example of our tournament format is attached.
