Help Keep Kids in the Game for Life

May 15, 2013

AOSSM

Injuries can happen at any time in any sport—even to kids. The STOP Sports Injuries campaign, an initiative from the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, provides useful tools and resources to keep kids in the game for life.

Simply recognizing the signs of injury can help prolong an athlete’s career and well-being. By sharing STOPSportsInjuries.org with your visitors on Al's Fastball, you can help prevent injuries in young athletes.

The STOP Sports Injuries campaign provides valuable resources for sports-specific injuries, resources designed specifically to help athletes, coaches, parents, and health care providers learn more about the prevention, treatment, and long-term consequences of overuse and trauma injury.

Visitors to Al's Fastball are interested in player's health, and because these same visitors read your page and follow you, you can play a key role in helping prevent a traumatic injury to a young athlete.

If you can help by providing a link, or have any questions or need anything, please let me know.

Thank you.

Best,

Anthony
