The DeKalb Hustle Hogs are off to a great start as they build towards the ISC WT in Moline, Illinois in mid-August.

 

The Hogs are now 9-2 on the young season.  Both losses came while the team led entering the 7th inning (#22 ISC ranked Aurora 3-2 and Rockford 12-11).  The Hoggies won the Chatsworth invitational in April.

 

Brian Tobin, Blain Nicholson and Todd Lubkeman are all throwing very well and the mix of young players with veterans have propelled this team to a fast start.

 

The team will be tested next week when they take on Aurora who is currently ranked #22 in the world before heading to Kimberly, WI. for the Grafmeir tournament.  The eventh will feature a few ISC level teams/players.

 

The teams has been assisted by Tom Crouch and Mike Drew who are both with other squads for ISC play.  The ISC the roster is below:
