WEBSTREAMING FOR ALL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES Pinnacle Jr. Women's Fast Pitch Event Ten Days Away

BRAMPTON, ONTARIO (CANADA) - Starting July 1, all 73 games from the 10th International Softball Federation Jr. Women's World Championship will be web-streamed. The 16-nation event will take place in Brampton, Ontario (Canada).
"We are extremely pleased that fans around the world will be able to see the action from Brampton," ISF President Don Porter said. "We know that the worldwide softball community will be looking to interact with the tournament regardless of their location, so having all of the games online is a perfect meeting place to accomplish that.
Mr. Porter added, "My thanks go out to the local organizing committee in Brampton for securing this opportunity."
All games will be streamed live. There is a one-time fee of $10 involved for viewers. Games will be recorded and archived for three months for on-demand viewing as well. The games can be accessed through the official event website, www.jwwc2013.com.
Play-by-play live scoring will also be available at no cost for the entirety of the championship.
The eight-day tournament will include: Australia, Botswana, Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Great Britain, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Singapore, USA, and Venezuela. The Americans are the defending champions, having won the ninth edition of the event, which took place in 2011 in Cape Town, South Africa.
