OK, on a spectacular Friday evening in Kitchener we are underway and in fact we started 5 minutes early on Diamond 1 where I am hanging out in the press box / umpire change room.

Major changes to the Peter Hallman Ballyard since I was last here in June 2012. They have cut down a lot of the trees leading into the ballpark, making it look much more open. And I actually found a decent parking spot but not too sure what the situation will be tomorrow.
Jeff Farion came in to pitch for Jarvis Hallman Twins in 4th inning.
Good sized crowd here for the first games of the tournament.
