Teams and Fans, I just got an email from the Avalon Hotel threatening to release the blocked rooms from the Erie PA tournament - July 26-28  and give them to the public.   I have asked for them to extend the deadline. 

 

Teams and fans coming to Erie need to contact the Avalon at 814.459.2220 or email Erica Roberts <erica.roberts@avalonerie.com> ASAP if they wish to get their room at the host Avalon hotel at the reduced price.   I realize many of the teams and fans have not thought that far ahead,  to the end of July but there is a new sales manager at the Avalon and she is not going to wait for the teams to book the rooms at the reduced rate of $89.   I am hoping she will extend the deadline but if not everyone should be prepared.
