I've just been informed that Tuesday night Jody May suddenly passed away while at home.  Jody was well known in fastball circles primarily in the Scarborough area serving as a past president of the Scarborough Softball Association and at one time held a position of vice-president with the Ontario Amateur Softball Association.  He could often be found around softball diamonds throughout Scarborough and beyond.  Especially when his late son Jimmy was playing.  Jody was a loving husband to Nina as well as a caring father to Trixie, Matt, Margaret, and Jarek. 

 

Jody will be resting at the Paul O'Connor Funeral Home at 1939 Lawrence Avenue East in Scarborough.  Paying respects can be done 3:00-5:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm on Sunday June 30th and there will be a memorial service in the chapel on Monday July 1st at 11:00am.

Resting at the PAUL O'CONNOR FUNERAL HOME, 1939 Lawrence Ave. East (between Warden and Pharmacy) from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday. Complete service in our chapel on Monday morning at 11 a.m. Cremation.
