Earlier tonight Saskatchewan lost a heart breaker 7-6 to ISA New Zealand. New Zealand scored 2 in the bottom of 6 to take the lead and Saskatchewan could only reply with one in 7. That loss put them in a second life game against Argentina who earlier had beat Nova Scotia 6-2.

Argentina got off to a big start with 4 runs in the top of the first inning against Saskatchewan. From there they road Roman Godoy's 4 hit pitching to the 8-1 victory. As a result of the win they will play at 10:00 am tomorrow against the winner of the Alberta and Newfoundland game won 7-0 in 6 innings by Newfoundland as Colin Walsh threw a 3 hit shutout, had 2 rbi and scored 2 runs
