Lots of issues with the ISC U21s...short staffed teams, eligible players

It was a long and very competitive summer for most of the teams and

Eight teams competed in the ISC Canada East championship at Kitchener in
June. That was followed immediately with the 5 day long Ontario Amatuer
Softball championships in Owen Sound...an Softball Ontario try out camp
in New Dundee took up another weekend..., the ISF tournament for many of
the Ontario players in Saskatchewan, another week long
tournament...followed by the Softball Canada championships back in Owen
Sound, another 5 day tournament......and then off to the ISCs. Many of
these players also participated with their local intermediate teams in
league play and tournaments. A lot of ball, and the scores and play in
Moline reflected that...
