2014 Tournament List
It’s come to be that time of year again. The weather is changing, there are actually leaves blowing around our garden today for the first time; the OCC (the 2013 ISC Canada East Laverne Reichert Memorial Ontario Challenge Cup) is underway this weekend. Soon we will be talking about going to Orlando in January for the ISGU and AAU tournaments. So that means it’s time to create a list of major men’s tournaments for the upcoming year, 2014.
We already had a couple of big annual events listed at the bottom of our 2013 Tournament List. Now we have copied those few big events over to the 2014 Tournament List.
A few weeks ago at the #ISC2013 World Tournament in Quad Cities Dean Kane of Circle Tap chaired a meeting of interested annual tournament directors after the Manager’s Meeting and led the discussion about 2014. A number of tournaments we hear about most years were put on the table with at least tentative dates.
One big tournament that is not fully confirmed as of yet is the annual ASA Major Men’s Tournament. Sounds like its back to South Bend, IN again for 2014 but there is some doubt about the actual dates. We understand that the host and the ASA are having ongoing discussion trying to narrow down firm dates for their 2014 tournament. We look forward to hearing from South Bend and/or Oklahoma City on those dates as soon as they are known. A couple of other top notch annual tournaments will be announced on our site once the ASA Major is formally announced.
We thank Dean Kane for his efforts in Quad Cities and his work doing follow up with many of the tournament directors expecting to host tournaments in 2014.

We can normally expect that the tournament organizers of the 2014 tournaments listed will be sending us details in the near future for their individual events and once that happens we will post updates and then link the updates to the items listed.
We now can formally announce that we also welcome any and all 2014 men’s #fastball / #fastpitch tournaments planned for 2014. Please send us all the info needed for players and fans to learn about your tournament, the dates, location, the who, where and why needed to provide everyone with the info they need to look into your 2014 event.
