"We are excited that we are still able to run a full complement of events with the help of the new Edmond 66 Park for the 2014 season," said Chris Sebren, Director of Championships for ASA/USA Softball.  "Our staff takes pride in the relationships we build with the coaches and teams that play in our events and we wanted to be able to continue those relationships throughout the renovations at the ASA Hall of Fame Stadium.  We look forward to the new amenities we are going to have and can't wait to share them with the teams that play at the Stadium."

The action kicks off March 7-9 in Edmond with The Preview,  a 16-Under and 18-Under youth fast pitch tournament.  Closing out the 2014 season is the Slow Pitch Championship Series, also to be held in Edmond, which crowns the National Champions in the Men's Class A, Class D and Women's Open slow pitch division.

The ASA Hall of Fame Complex will host its first event of the season in style with the NCAA Women’s College World Series (WCWS), May 29-June 4, which features the top eight teams in Division I softball playing for a National Championship.  Athletes and fans will get the chance to see the new additions to the Stadium, including updated dugouts with team dressing rooms and restrooms.   Tickets are now available online for the NCAA WCWS and can be purchased by visiting http://www.ncaa.com/championships/softball/d1/tickets-hospitality or by calling 800-591-9198 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 800-591-9198 FREE  end_of_the_skype_highlighting .
