The list is in alphabetical order and was constructed from players who have made All World or Major All American in the last two years and played on their countries national team at the IF position (again, excluding 1B as we will include them with the DHs in a future survey).  This was the best way to condense the number to best serve the poll.  Again, please add “other” names if you wish.  There may be a case where a player won an award as an IF but is a catcher or OF generally and this was taken into consideration and those players will be on future or are on past surveys.
