Our sincere condolences to the Family, Friends, and Colleagues  of Dave Blackburn, of Venice California, who passed away during the evening  of Wednesday May 28^th/2014

 

We , The International Softball Congress have lost a valuable team member who has contributed not only on the field as a regular on the

Playing surface but was  also the driving force behind the network streaming  of Internet Broadcasting, originally  only audio, but was instrumental in

Adding the video side of the production  to greatly enhance the popularity of Mens Fastpitch across the globe.

 

Dave was inducted into the International Softball Congress Hall of Fame in 2010 and was an active commissioner for the ISC in US West Division

 

Funeral Details have not been finalized as of this press release.

 

The International Softball Congress as a whole mourns this  tremendous loss ,You will be missed and will be in our thought and prayers

In the days going forward.
