Two PRAWN Pitcher Rule Extended by ISC

At the recent 2006 Board of Director meeting in Kitchener, the PRAWN pitcher exception for 2006 was extended for 2007 and beyond. This allows teams to have 2 PRAWN pitchers, the same as the 2006 season.
The 2007 PRAWN list is being worked on and will be posted shortly.
