Moncton Fastpitch Challenge - JULY 5 & 6, 2014

Our 1^st Annual Moncton Fastpitch Challenge will see up to 24 girls teams competing at 3 different age levels (14U, 16U & 18U).  This tournament will be played at the newly renovated Hal Betts Softball Sports Complex in Moncton (NB) on the weekend of 28 & 29 June 5 & 6 July,2014.

 

• Based on the number of fields available, a maximum of 24 teams will only be accepted on a first come basis determined by when your full team registration.
• Full team registration will be completed when you have submitted the registration form with your $275 registration fee. 
• A team roster of all the players on your team Roster can be amended and submitted before your 1^st game.  Teams must have a minimum of 9 players in order to start a game and players are only allowed to play for one team.*
• This registration must be received before the registration deadline of 15 June 22 June, 2014 (Two weeks prior to the tournament).
• All teams are guaranteed a minimum of 4 games.
• The 1^st round will be played on Saturday.  All teams will advance to the playoff round and will be seated in a tier based on where they finished in their initial pool and also based on the number of teams registered.
• The Playoff round will be played on Sunday that will consist of a single elimination and only the teams making it through to the finals will receive medals.
• A team may withdraw from the tournament and get a full refund any time before the registration deadline of 15 June 22 June, 2014.
• Withdrawal from the tournament on or after the deadline of June 14^th will see only $200 returned and the remainder will be returned only if another team takes their place in the tournament and we still have 24 teams registered. 
• No refunds will be given if a team chooses to withdraw on or after June 23^rd June 30^th, 2014.
