After posting a 18-3-1 record (with 2 games left to play), the Pickering Sting Men's Fastball Club has claimed top billing in the 10 team Pickering Mens Recreational Fastball League. With a nice mixture of seasoned veterans (over the hill gang) and young guns congratulations is certainly due on a fine and successful season to Gary Latchford, Steve Mo, Mark Thompson, Greg Sarson, Paul "Beej" Foucault, Mike O'Hearn, Greg Lumley, Glen Sellars, Bob Haddow, Matt Smith, J.C. Boisvert, Michel Boisvert, Dave Escoffery, Bass, and our coach Mike Racioppo (out for the year with an injury). Hopefully the boys (and old men) can keep it going in the playoffs.
