HERMOSILLO, MEXICO - Down 2-0 heading to the top of the seventh, the last inning, Melbourne, Ontario's Ryan Wolfe was the hero hititng a two run shot with two out and two strikes on him to win the game 3-2 for Canada over Cuba.
The team was advised late Saturday their schedule would change after three teams withdrew, meaning they will now play 10 games over the next six days not including playoffs, and not the original six games.
No other game details were available.
Nick Underhill and Rick Smith, in relief, combined for the win.
